Club Officers

Oversees conduct of the Directors, Executive Committee and coaching staff. Serves as a spokesman for LPRFC. Chairs general club and Executive Committee meetings. Approves all monetary expenditures. Appoints members as needed to fill vacant offices. Represents the club at CARFU and Midwest meetings.

Assists President with his duties. Co-ordinates all officer duties. Spearheads fundraising efforts, including club sponsorship.
Treasurer: Bill Shank (773) 456 1215
Keeps records of all monetary transactions. Presents a statement of income and expenses at general team meetings.Controls club checking account and is authorized to sign check payments. Collects dues and other monetary requirements from members.

Maintains club roster. Disseminates general club information to members, including CARFU and USARFU notices. Takes minutes of team members. Maintains club corporate status.

Makes arrangements and co-ordinates post game parties. Develops and organises off field social events including the Annual Awards Banquet.

Plans the Lincoln Park schedule. Acts as first point of contact for arranging a fixture with LPRFC. Distributes schedule to club members. Communicates game day details (venue, kickoff time) with team members, referees and opponents.
Fields Chairman: Nick Trzeciak
Co-ordinates the procurement of permits for practice and game fields. Organizes the setup of field for home games. Ensures that all game day equipment is available and in working order.
